Roasted Vegetable Bruschetta

This weekend I roasted a pan full of fresh veggies for a stuffed shell recipe I was working on.  They not only looked, but tasted so wonderful I thought, why not enjoy them as a topping on bruschetta!  Voila ~ here you go.

Cabernet Franc Wines

Brecon Cabernet Franc

It’s varietal character, fruit opulence and deep, red hues will please. A true classic and a keeper, the wine will mature gracefully for up to a decade. It’s a shame we bottled so little. ($42.00)
